RETURNS POLICY
No Quibbles Guarantee
Our ‘no quibbles’ guarantee means
that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the
item you have ordered is defective,
the wrong size or you have simply changed your mind then, provided that
it is unused and in its original condition, you can return it to us for
prompt replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee
applies only to those items that have not been personalised with your choice
of message or graphics. Where you have ordered an item with your own choice
of message or graphics we can only offer a refund or replacement if the
item that you have ordered is defective. This is because it has been personalised
for you, which means that we would not be able to re-sell it.
Returns
If you want to return an item, simply click here
and complete the form provided
specifying your name and order number. By
clicking on the ‘Submit’ button you will be taken to pages
that ask whether the goods were defective, whether they had been personalised
and whether you are seeking a refund or replacement. We also ask you to
give us a daytime contact telephone number. If the item is returnable under
our Returns Policy terms and conditions, we will issue you with a returns
address and a Returns Authorisation Code. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation
Code before sending anything back to us or we will not otherwise be able
to process your Return.
Defective Items
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is
defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The
item(s) must be returned in its original, unworn state within 30 days of
delivery.
Change of Mind/ Wrong Size
Products returned to us because you have changed your mind must be unworn
and in perfect re-saleable condition, and must be returned within 30 days
of delivery. Please note that item(s) returned to us for reasons not due
to our error or defective Product(s) will not have return postage/shipping
costs refunded.
Returned Item(s) Lost in Transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are
responsible for returning the items to us, we recommend sending the packages
by Recorded/Special delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
For item(s) returned to us within 30 days of delivery with the appropriate
Returns Authorisation Code and in accordance with these terms and conditions,
a refund or replacement will be processed by SignatureShirts within 14
working days of receipt of the returned items.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make
the initial purchase. Replacements will be to your original specification
as detailed on your original order.
