Delivery

Signature Online Limited will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address, which you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like Signature Online Limited to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.

There is a delivery charge of £3.50 regardless of size of order for UK deliveries and £49.00 for international deliveries. VAT is charged at the current rates for UK and European Union deliveries, but not for deliveries to the rest of the world. Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 7 days of our receipt of your order, but please allow 28 days for delivery.

If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, Signature Online Limited shall have no liability to you unless you notify Signature Online Limited by email at info@signatureshirts.co.uk of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.

Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Signature Online Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
